1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Europe, Turkey, US and Canada. If your location is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at info@aslure.com.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (e.g., Netherlands): 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Other regions (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and location.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@aslure.com.


5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

ASLURÉ is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs clearance).


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
For lost packages, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we are not liable for packages marked as "delivered."
