Return & Refund Policy – ASLURÉ

1. Returns

We hope you love your ASLURÉ purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be sent in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.

  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for return, unless faulty.


2. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@aslure.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re sorry! If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aslure.com with clear photos. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
